I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I work as a barista too. I love the two of those together and love the human experience of holding on to two things that don’t seem to match at once. That said, I know you might feel stuck. You might feel ready. Probably both. In any case, I believe you have an opportunity for growth.
In our work together I’ll honor the impact of your relationships and the effort which got you here. I’ll respect your perspective and experience and trust that none of it was wasted. We’ll take it all and see what we can do now.
I completed my Master’s of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Friends University in 2018 and have a degree in Psychology from Wichita State University.
I work with individuals, couples, and families ages 12 and up and offer a variety of treatment approaches, including cognitive and dialectical behavior therapies and mindfulness training.
No symptom or stressor or relationship issue is too much or too little to bring to therapy and my office is a safe spot to start wherever is easiest for you. Though therapy won’t be easy, I know it’s not easy now without it either.
